Together with your Scrum team, you develop new functionality and features autonomously and iteratively end-to-end: from design, over defining a good user experience, to developing and testing your features. You develop software products to help your customers and your users, and you use technology to make that happen. For you, technology is your passion, but at the same time you realize it's just a means-to-an-end. First and foremost, you want to design functionality that helps the lives of your users!
- You will take challenging business problems, and come up with and build elegant, intuitive and user friendly solutions for these challenges..
- You boost usability and effectiveness through clear and easy to understand user journeys, and designs that look and work just great.
- Together with your Product Owner, your team and your UX Designer you are responsible for ensuring that the functionality you create is user friendly and appealing for people to use. You constantly evaluate every design on how it impacts your users.

The ideal candidate...
- holds a masters or bachelor degree in Computer Science/Informatics (or equal through a proven track record).
- is familiar with industry standard code principles like Clean Code and Clean Architecture and you have a solid grasp of common software engineering practices, like OO principles, modern design patterns, test-driven development, continuous integration and continuous deployment.
A distinct plus is knowledge of or experience in...
- technologies like zustand, Jest, webpack, Babel, Docker, Python, Jenkins…
- automated tests. For you this is essential to the quality, time to market, and confidence in your code.
