We're looking for a talented and highly motivated Content Manager with proven experience in healthcare or biopharma to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

As Content Manager, you play a key role in elevating the brand and reputation of ONTOFORCE. By creating compelling content stories and implementing content marketing strategies that connect to our global audience, you contribute to ONTOFORCE’s ultimate purpose: improving the quality of life.

  • You develop a deep understanding of our customers and user personas to create content that positions the product, drives traffic, and generates leads.

  • Your content spans the entire buying cycle. You generate awareness, create the content needed to move top-of-funnel leads to sales opportunities, and develop materials to enable the sales team further.

  • You are comfortable interviewing customers to capture their testimonials and translate them into value statements.

  • You produce content across various formats and channels - thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, email, social media content, and more. Long-form copy and design may be outsourced if needed.

  • You optimize content using SEO best practices and available data and analytics.

  • You manage our social media calendar and optimize content distribution on social media platforms.

Job requirements

  • has proven life sciences experience, ideally in the biopharmaceutical industry. It is essential you speak our customer’s language.

  • has a strong understanding of content marketing best practices, including content strategy, message development, and storytelling. You naturally understand where content fits in the marketing funnel.

  • is well-versed in content-driven SEO, keyword research, usability best practices, social media, and analytics.

  • is an idea generator and problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • has a design sensibility that envisions how content will be presented or distributed in formats other than text-based articles, such as infographics, videos, or presentations.

  • is open-minded, flexible, and willing to be hands-on in the role.

  • has a degree in marketing, journalism, or other related fields or equivalent work experience.
